First step

First of all, you need to write an application to let the staff team know that you are interested in working for Consoles as an admin. Your application should be express and show your willingness to become admin. We don't want to see any copy&paste applications which you can find on other community sites. Unfortunately, this is what often happens and the result is that they are denied.


Small hints
Make your application attractive and intersting. Show us why you are the right one for this job and not anyone else. It is also very important to write fluently and not only some notes.
Why do we want you to write such a detailed application? Very easy. Just imagine recieving an application for any other job containing little information, it wouldn't be very helpful to the employer and it isn't to us either! You don't need to write a novel, but it should have more than only a few lines.

Which requirements do I need to fulfill?

You should be/ have	older than 15/ 16 years (for Pegi 18 titles, minimum 18 years)  good English in writing (and speaking)  sense of responsibilty, reliability  team integrity / conciliation of conflicts /  knowledge about the game

What tasks do I have to do as an admin?

Your first task will be to be given a walkthrough about all the admin functions and several ways to handle situations. This will take about 2-4 hours depending on how fast you can understand what you have been told.
Afterwards, your Master League Admin (MLA)will introduce you to the gamespecific rules and general settings of the section.
During the first few days and weeks, you will have to sort support and protest tickets of the users with the help of another admin. Furthermore, you will need to check the league joins of other users to make sure that noone will join the league with a fake account.
How long would this take? It depends on the game you are admin in, FIFA and CoD take more time than Need for Speed, for example so therefore it's obvious you have to be dedicated to your job as an admin.
In addition, you will need to have skype and a headset for communication with other admins. If you want, you can also install teamspeak 3 to hang around with the other admins. Both are for free and easily available.

Who else is apart of consoles staff?

We have created a admin structure of the Consoles Sports League which is visible for everyone so new admins can easily contact others if they need help or just want to talk. In addition, there is also a section outlining the jobs of each admin.

Which section is looking for admins?

In general, you can apply for every section at every time. At the moment, we are searching admins for all games and sections of Consoles EU.

Is there any wages?

As admin of Consoles you get Premium for free during your time as an admin. The Playercard is for free after your three months long trial period. There is also the chance for an admin bonus for ongoing and dedicated work.
