Winter Cups start on Thursday

 Sign up has ended and we've got a bunch of motivated competitors for our Street Fighter IV Winter Cups. The cups will start on both Xbox 360 and PS3 this Thursday. While 27 international players compete in the Xbox 360 cup, the PS3 cup's got 22 participants from several nations.
